Almost
35% of the heat generated by the engine must be removed by the
vehicle's two cooling systems.(A) The top of the engine: the area around
each cylinder in the main engine block, the combustion chamber areas in
the cylinder heads and the intake manifold, dispel heat through the
engine's radiator coolant system. (B) The rest of the engine: the
camshaft, lifters, crankshaft, bearings, connecting rods and pistons are
only cooled down by engine oil.
The ideal operating range for engine oil is 82°C through 93°C. While
operating within this range, the oil works as a lubricant, coolant, and
cleansing agent in the engine. Modern engines run with radiator coolant
temperatures around 93°C and 104°C with oil temperature ranges between
7°C and 24°C hotter. In other words, when the engine is performing
flawlessly, the engine oil is already overheating! Oil that exceeds
104°C rapidly loses its ability to lubricate and cool causing
accerlerated fatigue and premature component failure.
AROSPEED® oil cooler coils are engineered for maximum cooling
efficiency with no restriction in oil flow. Because different engines
have varying oil flow requirements, AROSPEED® rates Engine Oil Coolers
by engine horsepower and oil flow rates. This results in cooler coil
and engine flow rates that closely match.
AROSPEED® Engine Oil Coolers can reduce the oil temperature to
between 82°C to 93°C and keep it there. Benefits are:
1) Longer engine life
2) Reduced heat load on engine and radiator
3) Increased oil system capacity
4) Lower under-hood temperatures and more!
If you spend any time in stop-and-go traffic, do any kind of towing,
drive in a hot climate, or frequently use your air conditioning, your
engine needs a AROSPEED® Engine Oil Cooler!!!

Automatic
transmission fluid temperature exceeds the optimum operating range, it
begins to overheat and will decrease the life of the fluid, seals,
bearings and all moving parts. Arospeed automatic transmission cooler is
a supplemental radiator that helps cooling down the temperature of the
automatic transmission fluid

Arospeed
Bubble Removal Tank is a device which install in between the radiator
in-tank hose by using a radiator joint. The purpose is to 100% remove the
bubble before the after-cooling water going into the engine. Bubble
will delay the time of heat release from engine surface.Better cooler
temperature will be gained after installed the Arospeed Bubble removal
Tank. The Bubble removal tank comes with 1 radiator Joint , hoses and
clips.
